The purpose of the “Revision 2 Tradewind Solutions Marketplace Announcement” is to provide the following updates: 

• Added: submission periods, which will be monthly (January 1-31, February 1-28, etc.)
  • Collections for a given month will be evaluated in the following month
  • Results will be available 30 days after the end of the collection period
• Added: Note 1 & 2
  • Submissions must align with the Focus areas. When in doubt, please choose “Discovering Blue Sky/Other Technology Applications.”
  • New focus areas will be added periodically
• Content of solution video minimum requirements have been updated
• The video submissions eligibility requirements have been updated
• Added: “Only one solution per video.”
• Added a statement regarding the importance of thoroughly reading the announcement and evaluation criteria contained in the rubric prior to submitting
• Added: “Any submission that is determined by the assessment panel to be non-awardable may be resubmitted with changes consistent with the assessor’s feedback in a subsequent submission period.”
• Added: Principal Investigator and email address must be included in the submission. The is a required part of the video submission.
• Must include a self-certification of the company status and location of principal place of business
