This Call to Industry is to identify a company that could support One Nation Innovation to design an audio-visual infrastructure for a new innovation facility that our customer organization is constructing at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. The client is in the process of building an open environment Innovation workplace that has the capability to be flexible in design and implementation of the audio-visual capabilities. The client facility would have to be state-of-the-art and meet the needs of the client’s office space, conference rooms, training rooms, meeting rooms and a large open works space for interactive communication internally and external to the facility.

We are interested in the latest technologies and best practices for designing and implementing an audio-visual infrastructure. Specifically, we would like information on the following:

•Audio visual hardware and software systems

•Control systems and integration with existing network infrastructure

•Integrated Sound systems

•Video conferencing solutions

•Display technologies

•Innovative Display configurations

•Large Video wall designs

CALL TO INDUSTRY RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: Audio-Visual Infrastructure Call to Industry Response (Company Name) Questions regarding this Call to Industry Announcement are due by 12:00PM EST on Friday June 23, 2023. Questions shall be submitted via the One Nation Innovation Exchange. Oral questions will NOT be accepted. One Nation Innovation does not guarantee that questions received after that date and time will be answered. To the maximum extent possible, One Nation Innovation will strip all questions and responses of proprietary information (as indicated by the respondent) and make collective responses available under the AV challenge to all interested parties through the One Nation Innovation Exchange. 

All responses shall be submitted/uploaded into the One Nation Innovation Exchange electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF) format and shall not exceed 15 pages. All submissions should be uploaded into the exchange no later than Noon 12:00 PM EST on Monday, July 7, 2023. Notice verification from the exchange will be sent upon receipt. 

The cost of responding to the Call to Industry shall be exclusively borne by the organization submitting the information. No costs will be reimbursed by One Nation Innovation nor its client. One Nation Innovation Inc. nor it's client makes no implied or in fact contract by issuing this Call to Industry.

 All clarifications, questions, and responses must be made via the exchange. All questions regarding this Call to Industry shall be in writing. No phone calls will be accepted. Phone messages will not be returned.

 What Should be Included in Your Response:

 1. All interested parties shall submit capability packages in response to this notice.

 2. Include succinct, thoughtful responses to the requirements/questions listed in this Call to Industry.

 3. Proprietary information, if any, should be kept to a minimum and be clearly marked.

 4. Comments that address the One Nation Innovation's requirements, assumptions, conditions, or contemplated approaches to this future acquisition.

 5. Information and suggestions that may encourage new, different, or innovative approaches that would result in products, solutions, and direct savings to the One Nation Innovation's client.
